Randy et al. - The project for Khazakstan is still on the table, but to the best of my knowledge is still on near-term holding pattern due to the vendor involved and his other dealings over there. From what I understand Jim has found some alternative projects and will follow thru on them if he can't get things rolling fairly soon on Khazakstan. We may eventually see all of them anyway, but Jim's preference is still with this existing opportunity.

With regards to your buying additional shares, I believe that we will see Jim move BXS again, timing is a question, but I believe it will happen. Regarding the trade itself, it's size, the commisions, etc.: If you had simply put out a bid for more shares than were originally offered at the .11 you still would have gotten your 3,000, you would not have had to go to .14 and you would have been better off in terms of total commission paid, due to the acquisition of all your shares all being covered under one order (assuming you want than the 3,000 shares in the first place).

Salut,
Leigh McBain
