FWIW..I'd have used nothing less than 1.5 inches for an adult if IM is the order..for chubby adults, a 2inch..why?, and esp. with an experimental?..the look of injection site necrosis is ugly!..I was trained to fear that more than patient comfort..these young nurses...watcha gonna do?
