and what do the foreigners do with US currency? They take a stake in american industry. Dollar was lower in 1995 than it is now and eventually was strong enough to buy 135 euros. I was in europe at that time--good time for americans to travel. Now its a good time for euros to travel and for americans to export. I am sure that back in 95 you were writing the same crap as you do now.
