Somethings are mutually exclusive. A system that favors the rich will hurt the poor. Somethings that favors the poor will hurt the rich. Something that favors tall people will hurt short people, etc, etc. I hope you get the gist. Hillary is the only candidate in the field that has real experience in health care public policy. She knows what can and what can not be achieved.
