Kyrosl these production figures look good to me.Is this their best or worst production.How much revenue stream they lose when they sell these.If it is their best production then they must be in a bigger trouble then they are projecting. As for how much this properties are worth,in Appalachian basin we get 3 year Gross or 5 year Net Dollars for our properties. You need their working interest,Operating costs,average price of oil and gas, decline factor etc to take a good guess.
