Not sure that I understand your questions. The web site, iTunes, should work on a PC. I have a PC and have downloaded movies and songs from iTunes to my PC. I can play the movies and songs on my PC without a problem. I play them through the iTunes software that I installed on my PC.

If I want to move the songs to my MP3 player, I have to convert the iTunes' file format into the MP3 format. There are converts on the web that are free. Download a converter, convert the iTunes song into MP3 and you should be able to play the songs on any MP3 player.

I'm not sure that I've answered your question, but hope the above helps.
