"Maybe not capable today, but likely capable tomorrow..."

Maybe not....

The Theocratic dictatorship in Iran is actually one of the most *unpopular* (and hence: weak) governments on the globe today.

(Possibly just a few nations --- maybe Burma and Myanmar for example --- have governments that are even more despised by their populations.)

Polling indicates that the Iranian President is LOWER in the regard of the Iranian people then Bush is now in America, and is going to lose in the next election. (And the Mullahs who actually hold most of the power behind the scenes, are similarly less popular then even Congress is here.... :-)

Add to that the fact that Iran has one of the YOUNGEST populations on the globe (more then half the nation is younger then 20), and the leadership is ESPECIALLY UNPOPULAR among the young --- who mostly all seem to want 'Western style' pop culture amenities that appeal to kids the world over, and (because kids grow up, and become the future of the country), and we can see that the Theocracy is on especially shaky grounds.
