you don't know Richie Ramone Paul? Well- I learned something today. You were not growing up where I was in 1980 timeframe. Anyway this sounds much more like a "deep pockets" suit that should really be filed against the Ramones record company. Ramones are available on itunes right now. My guess is that Johnny Ramone inked the record distribution deal and died. Now Richie is trying to void it. This is pretty typical- these record companies ripped off all the artists and many of them receive no royalties now and are trying a lot of legal maneuvers to change the equation. This record industry ripoff of artists is why our music industry is so farked imho.
