Please explain how to cut the taxes of people who pay none? Precipitously close to 50% of Americans pay no income taxes. Why would someone who "gets no benefit" be pleased with the result. Everyone should pay some taxes. Even if the tax is $5 for people who earn less than some amount, everyone should pay into the system.
