I think we might see this for a lot of stocks. I suspect the same kind of thing might be going on with RMTR. I'm not sure. Either that or they are trying to figure out a way to cover some naked short shares. They never really go on the radar because they keep the number of shorted shares below the level where they have to be reported. I suspect they had a bunch of Grandfathered naked shorted shares though because they tried to put RMTR in a death spiral but they survived it. Smith Barney was reported in a SEC filing they had shares of RMTR they gave away with an IPO which in turn released a bunch of shares on the market pulling the price down right when RMTR was supposed to be giving shares based on stock price and debt owed. They drug it down to .25 when somehow it got stopped there. I don't know who else got in on it. Does the stock your talking about stay about the same price and just under $3 for the most part? Just curious.
