Midwest FSBO fee: $250 Upfront. Includes; Magazine advertising Internet Signs Flyers MLS Listing Additional fee of 4.4% if company shows and sells home for you. If one chooses to do their own showing and hires person to complete paperwork fee is the original $250. An acquaintance signed such a deal less than 6 days ago.
