Nevertheless, it's a pity
(a) there's still so little debate, in fact all I've seen are various personal attacks against M & W,

(b) no one else, other than Jimmy Carter, has written a book which has attracted much attention. One can always tell how much the lobby and its allies have been upset a book by the extent of the smear attack they launch against its author.
