Bill: Don't sweat it, some of us have a sense of humor here...as I imagine your wife does(as does mine). I was intending to say that your example was extreme because you were referring to a company that contracts out IT services. I'm not technically familiar with the types of contracts that exist, but imagine that there are levels of services available, from contracting out the whole thing to retaining consultants on a part-time basis.

The point is, what is the most common situation? Do most companies with over, say, $10MM in revenue, have contracts for IT services? I don't know. Would T2000 serve them? Of course.

Re your example, my point was that with $MM at stake, it would serve Amdahl better to use T2000 to help them cover their own butts. From a liability perspective, for large contractors of IT services,(while they may well be total solution providers)they might wish to have some reinforcement and documentation for their total approach to IT risk management and disaster aversion.

Yeah, I know there's a price range for the product. I was using the lowest price to get a minimum sales figure that would significantly alter their bottom line.
