<<Then why does Brinker make fun of buy and holders who beat his portfolios?>>

--I didn't know he did that. Who are you referring to?

<<You and he should Tell people to take Brinker's EXCELLENT advice to use index funds but ignore his terrible advice to time the market using his newsletter suggestions.>>

--Do you mean they should use index funds instead of his recommended funds? If that is what you mean, I agree 100% and have said so in the past.

<<Unlike others, including you, I am much more balanced and say about half his advice is great and half should be ignored.>>

--I think we'll have to agree to disagree on that one.

"It's also worth noting that Brinker says he made changes in his model after the 1987-90 period, and since then his Portfolio I has crushed the market, even including the QQQ call."

<<I believe you are making things up. Show me your calculations that prove what you say or admit you lied or made it up.>>

--I NEVER lie on a message board, and you have NEVER been able to document a single lie by me.

I think math junkie has posted that information. Maybe I am remembering it incorrectly. If so, he will hopefully be along soon and can correct me.
