Albert, when you say "infrastructure" what do you mean? I am talking
about physical pathways in general. In most cases there is physical
connectivity and relatively easy ways of getting the bandwidth required.
That is my opinion based on experience. I do not know if or how much
extra capacity the Bells may have. (as ADSL grows, upgrades will be needed)

If, on the otherhand, we are talking about routers,S/W and in some
(many?) cases higher speed mux cards... then I would have to say lots
of work needs to be done. Further, I would suggest that work is going
to be done with or without ADSL.

Cheers,
Daniel
