ESECURITIES NEWS ALERT. "...a significant portion of Alpha's revenue is currently derived from products licensed from Kurzweil Applied Intelligence, Inc. Alpha's license to market Kurzweil's VoicePad and VoicePlus products expires December 31, 1997. Alpha is currently in discussions with Kurzweil with respect to a longer-term license, but there can be no assurance that agreement will be reached. Failure to renew the Kurzweil license could have a material adverse impact on the Company.
