The first has not happened yet and the second would already be, by many people's definition, "crushed." The dollar is already close to 78. To me, "crushed" would be 60 and lower. That would imply another 30% rise in oil, to $110, gold to $1,000, and commensurate increases on all imported goods. And it could happen within two years.
