kc I am in my normal state of mind ... i.e. CONFUSED here's why .... simply, if they goto court, can't the GATA lawyer thingies ask to see all the internal documents, each and every trade, and a host of other things I can't imagine - going back to the beginning of time? WHY would they (Goldman) expose themselves to this? I'm CONFUSED. regards, John
