Uzi Arad From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Uzi Arad is the former Director of Intelligence for the Mossad and is currently a professor at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. He received a Ph.D. and M.A. at Princeton University, and is the author of a number of books on the Middle East. He has also served as a foreign policy advisor to former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. At Herzliya, Arad founded the Institute for Policy and Strategy.
