It was very clear who Wynn2007 believes were directly involved in the scam.

The names of people who aided and abetted Turek will be almost certainly be disclosed as the investigation moves inevitably from the civil to the criminal phase.

Hopefully, Turek Sr. and all of the people who helped him with his crime are caught and all of there personal assets are seized and given back to the shareholders as some form of compensation. I doubt the shareholders can be made whole, but the SEC can help to recover some of the financial losses of the shareholders who did nothing wrong and were duped by the fraudulent press releases that were put out to help Turek Sr. sale shares of PLNI stock.

I don't believe the people who have lost money 'investing' in Plasticon will see any of it back, unfortunately. The only 'profit' they will have made is in learning to look more readily for the Red Flags when other people raise them.

These penny stock scams involve $billions and it's time the SEC started enforcing the existing regulations to make it more difficult for the crooks to defraud the inexperienced investor.

I just don't accept the excuses that the SEC is understaffed - they should make a concerted effort stop the scams before they get started by insisting on full financial disclosure before any stock is allowed to trade.
