Illness is no respecter of citizenship status, and illnesses they bring in, measles, tb, whatever, will spread to the general population Also, if you deport someone outside of USA then they will not be spreading their diseases here. The open borders crowd is always looking for some excuse to surrender control of our destiny to foreigners. I suspect that there is a hidden agenda in your philosphy of free health care for illegals.
