Tadsamillionaire, I have been acutely aware of that woeful situation for some years now. Even more worrisome is the closure of many emergency rooms in California and, I am sure, in other states. Securing our borders securely (emphasis on securely) would go a long way in keeping hospitals from having to close their doors. That said, many medical over-utilizing freeloaders are our very own homegrown citizens. - Holly
