If you are worried about electronic and paper claims being problematic at some crisis point in the future, substituting one set of electronic/paper claims for another hardly addresses that perceived risk

The only way to avoid the problem described is to hold your own physical and have it stored in a place where those who would take it from you cannot reach it"
