Many Sunw stockholders have stocks at $35/share. If no reverse split, they may still recoup their original investment.

If reverse split is not subject to stockholders' approval or vote; there may be unrest among many large stockholders.

I think still a vote will defeat the reverse split proposal.

Otherwise many will jump ship, or start a stockholder lawsuit by little old ladies holding only one share of Sunw? Contingency lawyers love a class action suit the most.
