RE rumor about earnings I heard a guest 'analyst' on CNBC couple the lawsuit with the 'foreign currency' rumor and speculate that SUNW might have a break even to .01 or .02 miss...... wasn't anyone I ever heard of, or anyone of the regulars CNBC trots out. Even Cramer said he was glad for the slight down pressure so he could 'clear' his SUNW shorts before earnings announcement. Could the guest analyst have been......... the Twister?????
