Time to head back to the Apple store to find out if Mac OS X 10.4 Rev 5 can handle run jdk and jre java applications. I guess the 10.3.9 platform doesn't even have any support. I can't figure out the circus between Apple and Sun Micro Java. There just shouldn't be any issues how a Safari Browser interacts with the Internet.
