John.......GORO will produce mid-2008.

Outstanding shares around 30 to 35 million. Will produce about 70K ozs. 1st year, ramping to 100K ozs. by 3rd year.
Currently drilling to increase resource.
Low cash cost of around $100/oz. Near surface ore, low cost.
Will have very hefty earnings/share.

In Mexico.
Mostly gold, with silver. Small amount of base metals.
Management owns 30% of shares.
Once producing, will issue dividend. 1/3 earnings will go to dividend, 1/3 for taxes, 1/3 for growth/expansion.

These guys sold US Gold to Rob McEwen. Very tight-fisted about issueing shares. Since they own 30% shares, will be very shareholder friendly.

AMEX down the road, I'd guess they would wait until in production.
