this is Paulson speaking, the only intelligent person Bush has ever hired and a huge diversion from the politically motivated yes-men that fill his cabinet. Personally I think somebody held a gun to Bush's head and forced him to hire Paulson after TWO failed treasury secretaries who did nothing but whine and cry about how "good" the US economy is and why isn't Bush getting credit. At least Pauson is smart enough to know whats going on.
