I am not convinced that China won't fall apart. There are severe stresses right now due to income inequality. And that is only getting worse. Labor unrest is widespread, which says something in a country that had Tianamen square not that long ago.


I think China is built on a house of cards. Aside from the gross income inequality, I think most of their books are cooked. Its why I won't buy a Chinese stock no matter how well its doing other than for a trade. And I don't understand from where all the capital is coming to build one grandiose project after another, most of which are sponsored by the Chinese gov't and not foreign capitalists.
