10/31/97 is the date of the shareholders meeting for approval of the merger. Seems to me there will be a lot more action in just a few weeks, NOT months. But I understand your impatience and often feel the same way. This low volume trading doesn't exactly tell us much. With just a little bit of news it can quickly move in a more favorable direction so just hang on. John
