Mt wife put my BIG SKILLET outside for her basement redo. Now it's had rain set in it and needs a renewal project. Big skillet as you can scramble 3 dozen eggs in it at once. It fits the large Weber grill and I took it to Canada one time. Had lots of bass and walleye filets ready to fry for about 30 people. Put two cans of Crisco in the skillet and I swirled it around to help it melt and spilled about 1/4th of it. SONOFABITCH, now we had a fire. Grease hot enough? Yeppers. I tossed the filets in like dealing cards, next guy flipped them and third guy scooped them out. Almost instant fried filets and they turned out uuummmmed good.
