Bearclaw, you don't seem to grasp that Turek was not in any business other than to enrich himself from selling stock he gifted himself. In that regard, his competitors would be people like Petar Vucicevich, Rufus Paul Harris, and Richard Altomare. People like Turek don't become owners of high-profile penny stock companies without the "gift" of being about to part people from their money. I'm sure there were always "surprises" that he'd assure you were "just around the corner." Even now, I'll bet he's telling you not to worry. Have you done your own independent investigation? Tell me, how often do you ever see a US Trustee subpoena information in a bankruptcy case? - Jeff
