I don't think that happens with legalized drugs. Are their many gangs of violent viagra peddlers? There will be abuses- like the doctors who oversell vicodin, but will it be like it is now with illegal drugs? I think not. Could be wrong, of course- but I'm pretty confident in the prohibition model. I'm willing to risk a change.
