Make your settings, then create a unique name for the 1st program.

I think you won't need to fuss with the names. Just point Handbrake to the DVD (don't open the DVD and point to the VIDEO_TS or AUDIO_TS folders inside). It will use the name of the DVD, which is usually the name of the movie. I haven't checked what happens when you queue different titles within the same DVD, but I suppose Handbrake will have a mechanism to name of the resulting ripped files. Will try that out later. But like I said, you can definitely queue multiple DVDs.
