(PINKSHEETS: HMSG), announced today that HMSG is in final negotiation stages with California-based Trofholz Technologies in anticipation of a large teaming agreement. Along with HMSG partner VideoNEXT, this partnership will enable HMSG to provide a turn-key security solutions package for a major security contract.
