Unemployed +2 (0.0%)
Not In Labor Force +2,015,000 (66%)

Looks I mixed up NSA and SA in yesterday's response. It should be the above using the NSA employment data for August 2007 versus August 2006. Unemployed would normally have risen by 989,00 million if the labor participation rate is held at 66.5%.
