With a $1500/mo mortgage, they have alot of house in NJ.

Really? It's a couple with one kid. NJ isn't Arkansas. With some minor differences that's about what my place here would cost, taxes being double here, but the same house probably being more expensive. Most of the year our utilities are around $300 per month with cable, land line, cell phones, internet, gas, electric, water/sewer/garbage. A couple of winter months are around $600 because of heat, but will probably go down a little due to insulation. A couple of summer months around $400 due to air conditioning, so on average around $400 per month, maybe $450. We are a couple with one kid. What are they doing that I'm not to cost that much?
