PA, yes. Monmouth County, NJ, no. If you bought in 1990, the bottom of the real estate bubble, you could probably find a nice small colonial or large cape in Keyport for under $200,000, because it's not an upper class town, like Rumson or Holmdel. But large anything? Not unless it needed a LOT of work.

ps. here is a cool map showing the median listing price for houses by towns in Monmouth County. Keyport is currently $341,000, and Red Bank, where I used to live, is $559,000. Yowsa!
