John, I spoke with my my main mortgage person today about refinancing a second. My credit score is close to 800, virtually no debt, plenty of income and she said the rates and costs were so outragous she sent me to my credit union. So how is Joe blow going to work this stuff out? We had a meeting today and were discussing how bad things are! And my town has a booming economy, we are not overbuilt and with very little, very expensive land to build on and very expensive site prep! Residential whihc seels to Wells Fargo was the bank I spoke to!!
