David, with all due respect, I know alot more than just the fact that it was a block trade-- I happen to know who the buyer was!!!. Do you have any idea what has been happening with this co ? They have had a serious problem with some reg. s. investors that has been recently settled. There is a lot of maneuvering right now as the dust settles and these investors move out of their positions. Can you explain the huge volume and little price movement any better? The stock is very solid at this price and I look for it to start to move up soon as these people finish getting out of their positions. MW
