I have no co-pay. I live in Chicago, FWIW. Docs seem to be doing okay. Same Docs for 20 years, Dentist too. We're getting old together. Specialists, MRI, rotator cuff surgery (guy did a great job), nerve damage tests, cat scans, more, all similar discounts, roughly 50% of billed. I don't ask or question, just go where my GP sends me. He's very cost conscious BTW, as am I.
