To all/Energas Resources Inc. Trading Symbol: EEG PRESS RELEASE . . . .Finley State #1 Update Energas Resources Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the drilling results on the Finley State #1 well in the Rusty Creek Prospect, Niobrara County, Wyoming. A new channel sand of the Dakota formation was discovered in this well. The well has been tested at a flow rate of 1,368 barrels of oil per day (57 barrels/hour) and 480,000 cubic feet of gas per day. A reserve analysis can not be established until after 90 days of steady production. There is no assurance at this time that the well will continue to produce at this rate.
