I'll have to wait for Leopoard upgrade to try out those smart key commands. Panther 10.3.9 is missing most of the new applications other than Safari. Just talked to one of my friends that has to buy a Macbook for his daughter. Like everyone else I talk to, he says he wish he would have bought Apple stock 2 years ago. I didn't really have a good reason to buy Apple 2 years ago, but I have several good reasons to own the stock now. It reminds me of all the people that were afraid to get on the Qualcomm trade back in 1999. After awhile, people will become afraid not to jump on board. I don't think we are quite there yet with Apple, but a major split announcement by the end of the year should take care of that issue.
