(i) buy a chunk of bs and bac, scout like
(ii) reveal their secrets in the line of civic duty
(iii) sacrifice the scouts
(iv) hard sell into the debacle that would be financial arena, sacrifice more troops
(v) put the terms of rescue to the people's representatives
(vi) hard buy, as last man standing
(vii) declare mission accomplished
