PLASTICON INTERNATIONAL, INC.’S RESPONSE TO MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY
Plasticon International, Inc. (“Debtor”), by counsel, for its response to the Motion for Relief from Stay [D.E. 206] of Eagle View One, LLC, filed herein, states that the rent asserted as not having been paid thereunder has been paid. Accordingly, said Motion for Relief from Stay should be withdrawn or, in the alternative, overruled.
WHEREFORE, Plasticon International, Inc. respectfully files this objection to the Motion for Relief from Stay and requests that same be overruled.
