As it happens I live just up the street from their headquarters. I pass it every few days on the way to my health club. I guess soon I'll be seeing a new sign out front. One that says: "For Sale. Motivated buyer. Great fixer-upper."

Seriously, with 26 million in cash and no debt and other assets (and 1/3 fewer employees), Tseng must have some value.
