Thanks Rick. I too verified with the receptionist who answered
the phone at LUNN today (didn't get the name) that the SEC has
approved the merger. She could not say why they didn't put out
a press release and three attempts today to speak to Larry
Schwartz were unsuccessful , so I'm just gonna kick back and
wait for this to play out.

Is anyone going to the meeting ?
