Intel and Ethernet. What are you talking about ? In 1981 Intel,Digital and Xerox jointly defined the Ethernet standard. Most of the conceptual definition was done at Xerox's PARC. The Xerox personnel ended up starting a company based on Ethernet, and I think that finally became 3COM.A short time later,even AMD jumped onto the Ethernet bandwagon EOM
