True, because the MIC consumes such an unholy amount of our resources just for the destruction of humankind.. The amount a candidate is FOR sure tells one where their values TRULY lie. A good litmus test.. The amount the military takes then can not be used for the advancement of human kind only for it's destruction..

Makes absolutely NO sense at ALL to spend that MUCH but it is a drug for those involved, I guess..:(
