AFFIDAVIT OF JAMES N. TUREK, II
The affiant, James N. Turek, II, after being first duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
1. That my name is James N. Turek, II and I have personal knowledge of the matters stated herein and, if called upon to testify, could and would testify competently thereto.
2. That I, along with my brother, Brandon Turek, am the title-holder of record of United Stales Patent # D500243.
3. That, notwithstanding the Abstract of Title to United States Patent # D500243, it is and always has been my belief that said patent is the property of Plasticon International, Inc.
4. That I intend to assign any interest I hold in United States Patent # D500243 to Plasticon International. Inc. so that Plasticon International, Inc. becomes the title-holder of record of said patent.
5. It is my understanding that the attorneys for Plasticon international, Inc. are in the process of preparing the documents necessary to assign the above-referenced patents.
Further Affiant sayeth naught.
